I’ve had the privilege of leading schools across all levels—elementary, middle, and high school—which gives me a unique perspective on district-wide leadership. This comprehensive experience equips me to navigate the complexities of district leadership roles, like Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent, with a deep understanding of the diverse needs of students, staff, and communities.
My ability to lead at every educational stage is a strong and unique asset, ensuring a cohesive vision, collaboration amongst all stakeholders, and consistent excellence across an entire district.

I prioritize recruiting, developing, and retaining high-impact educators. As an Athletic Director, I built coaching teams focused on program growth, not just team management. As a school and district leader, I’ve implemented systems that recruit top talent, nurture professional growth, and ensure leadership continuity.

Inspired by the belief that “no one wants a boss, everyone wants a coach,” I’ve made mentoring a cornerstone of my leadership. I’ve guided new staff, grade-level leaders, and administrators, turning key leadership lessons into actionable strategies that drive growth.

Curriculum & Instructional Leadership

I’ve led district-wide professional development on topics like Tier I instructional practices, student engagement, and teacher led learning walks. My work with PLC Associates and overseeing professional learning communities and literacy and math initiatives has enriched my ability to design and implement effective learning systems.

Beyond my schools, I’ve delivered professional learning at state conferences, for the State Administrators Association of New York State, and through courses at The College of Saint Rose. My focus is on fostering collaborative learning environments that empower educators at all levels.

I’ve coached new teachers, guided administrative teams, and developed leadership pipelines that foster continuous professional growth. By sharing actionable strategies and providing individualized feedback, I help educators elevate their practice and achieve lasting success.
Facilities & Innovation:
Creating Environments for Success
Transforming Learning Spaces:
I’ve led multi-million dollar facility improvements, from upgrading athletic fields and arts spaces to implementing 21st-century classroom models. Highlights include developing a kinesthetic learning lab, mindfulness spaces, sensory and movement trails, and launching a 1:1 technology initiative. Implementing Zero-Hour PE, Making and Thinking in the Classroom, and Making Thinking Visible strategies enhanced our curriculum and instructional practices and improved student outcomes.
Integrating Technology:
By overhauling school technology infrastructure and incorporating flexible, student-centered learning environments, I’ve created spaces that foster innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence. Infusing technology to support curriculum offerings led to improving our PLTW course menu, designing cross-curricular STEM seminars, introducing Maker Labs into our classrooms, and promoting STEM skills and concepts across the contents.
