As an experienced educational leader of over two decades, I bring 17 years of transformative leadership across all levels—as an elementary, middle, and high school Principal. Now also serving as an Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, my passion lies in fostering collaborative cultures, enhancing instructional practices, and driving student success. Whether leading curriculum innovation or turning around underperforming schools, I focus on building strong relationships and empowering educators to create meaningful, lasting change.

Unique experience leading at every stage of education, Pre K-12th grade, with a proven track record of success in each role. I’ve served as an Athletic Director, Assistant Principal, Alternative School Principal, Principal, and Assistant Superintendent. I also coached at all levels, including at the college level.
